JMEC is a business training program centered on a competition to write the best business plan. The program gives participants the chance to get hands-on experience writing a business plan while learning about business in Japan. Whether you are just starting out in the business world, are looking to change careers or just trying to get your career in Japan started, JMEC is a great way to enhance your resume.
JMECは、最良の事業計画書作成を競うコンテストを中心とした、経営訓練のためのプログラムです。参加者は、日本におけるビジネスについて学びながら、実践経験として事業計画書を作成します。ビジネス界に入りたての方、キャリアの方向を変えようとしている方、また日本で新たにビジネスキャリアを立ち上げようとしている方にも、JMECは成功への大きな一歩となるでしょう。
By participating in JMEC, you will learn the basics of business as well as the intricacies of doing business in Japan. You’ll also work with a team to develop a business plan for a company interested in expanding their business here in Japan. Through this hands-on experience, you will get insights into Japanese business culture and practices, develop group dynamic skills, broaden your network of friends and professional contacts and perhaps even win a valuable prize!
JMECに参加されることによって、経営の基礎だけでなく、日本国内でビジネスを行うことに絡む様々な状況について学ぶことができます。さらに、日本でビジネス拡大を図ろうとしている会社向けに、チームとなって事業計画策定を行っていただきます。こういった実践経験を通じて、日本的な経営の特徴や慣習を深く理解でき、また、集団で活動する技量を身につけたり、知人とのネットワークや仕事上のつながりを広めたりすることもでき、上手く行けば、価値ある賞さえ勝ち取れるかもしれないのです！
